Halwa Puri, also called Halva Poori, is a very popular breakfast in Indian and Pakistani cooking. It is a delicious combination of sweet halwa, spicy chick peas and hot crunchy puris. Sometime it can also be accompanied with Aloo (potatoes) that have been slightly seasoned. Halwa poori has developed into a traditional breakfast consisting of a deep fried bread, served with Halwa and curries mixed of Chickpeas (Channa) and potato (Aloo). Traditional mango pickle and onion pickle are also served along with fresh yogurt.
At BiryaniKabab, you can order Halwa Puri any time, and it will be made fresh.
